The customer service representative give you a call or email you inside of 24 hours following your order placement for order affirmation prior to we processing it. It's to ensure that there aren't any last second changes like color changes or measurement changes.

In case of no response from your side within the stipulated time period (24 hours) we will assume the confirmation and start work on your order.
