Upon investigating the issue LeatherIcon will either reship the consignment without any overhead charges to you or refund your entire amount. Refunds are usually made by electron card transfer to the primary source of payment. If the shipment is lost leathericon.com guarantees full PAY BACK to your credit card account. However in case of wire transfers and if the shipment is lost then leathericon.com refunds the money in the form of credit note which has to be authorized by the company and the validity of the credit note is of 1 year. 2.Mode of Shipment Due to its overseas location all the consignments emanating from leathericon.com is sent via air to its final destination. The services of DHL and FedEx are used for all orders. These consignments can be monitored using their tracking number, (which will be mailed to you as soon as LeatherIcon ships your order) making it easier for you to track your package. As per their policy in case of your non availability to collect the package on the said date, a letter of approval can be stuck on your door authorizing the delivery personnel to hand the package to a neighbor.
